Official Terms and Conditions: The Alpine Chain Co. Trade Network Draw

1. The Promoter The promoter is Alpine Chain Co. (ABN: 55 191 753 921).

2. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, directors, and management of Alpine Chain Co., as well as staff of participating physical retail partners and their immediate families, are strictly ineligible to enter. Entry is only granted if the referral results in a new customer completing a successful purchase at alpinechainco.com for an Alpine Chain Co. product. Pre-order products will qualify for entries.

3. Promotion Period & Draw Location The promotion commences on Thursday, 28 May 2026 at 09:00 AEST and concludes on Thursday, 31 December 2026 at 23:59 AEDT ("Promotional Period"). The official electronic prize draw will take place on Friday, 8 January 2027 at 12:00 AEDT at Waterman Caribbean Park, 44 Lakeview Drive, Scoresby VIC 3179.

4. Mechanics of Entry To enter, participants must utilize the Alpine Chain Co. refer-a-mate system:

  • The referrer shares their unique referral link with a new, prospective customer (the referred friend).

  • The referred friend receives a $10 discount applied at checkout on their first successful purchase at alpinechainco.com.

  • Upon the successful fulfillment and dispatch of the referred friend's order from the Alpine Chain Co. warehouse, the referrer automatically receives: a) A $10 Alpine Chain Co. store credit (issued to their Shopify account). b) One (1) automatic entry into the Stihl MS251 prize draw.

There is no maximum limit to the number of entries a referrer can accumulate. Valid purchases are defined as transactions completed without cancellation or refund prior to the draw date. If a qualifying purchase is refunded or returned under standard Australian Consumer Law statutory guarantees prior to the draw, the corresponding lottery entry is voided.

5. Prize Details The prize consists of one (1) Stihl MS251 Chainsaw (Powerhead, Bar, and Chain) with a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of $799.00 AUD. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

6. Winner Notification and Publication The winner will be notified in writing via the email address registered to their account within 48 hours of the draw. The winner's name and state of residence will be published on forum.alpinechainco.com on Monday, 11 January 2027, and will remain published for a minimum of 28 days.

7. Unclaimed Prize Draw If the prize remains unclaimed or the winner is uncontactable by 12:00 AEDT on Friday, 5 February 2027, an unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted at that time at the same location (Waterman Caribbean Park, 44 Lakeview Drive, Scoresby VIC 3179). The redraw winner will be notified in writing within 48 hours and published on forum.alpinechainco.com on Monday, 8 February 2027.
