Where We Ship

Alpine Chain Co. ships Australia-wide. We do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We dispatch orders the same or next business day. Once dispatched, standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's network. Orders to metro areas usually arrive at the faster end of that range; regional and remote areas may take longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery timeframes are ultimately determined by the carrier and can be affected by public holidays, peak periods and events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a standard shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow a little time after dispatch for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's been dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-delivery fee.

Missing or Delayed Parcels
