Before we ship

Send a photo of your bar stamp through the chat bubble, and we'll confirm your pitch, gauge, and drive link count match the chain you've ordered — before it leaves our warehouse.

If something still goes wrong

If the chain we ship doesn't fit your saw, we'll send a free replacement in the correct size. No cost, no argument.

This applies to every chain we sell, whether or not you use the 10% welcome offer.
